Braintree

A former petrol station site located to the south of Braintree town centre. Two schemes have been developed for the site and both have been granted Full Planning approval. The first scheme is for an open market development of 34 flats with underground car parking and the second is for 48 retirement flats with associated communal rooms and recreation spaces.
