Dunkirk Mill is a six storey, 70,000 square foot, former woollen mill built in several stages since the late 18th century.

Listed Building Consent and Planning permission were granted to convert the building into 65 apartments and to undertake a comprehensive programme of repair to the existing structure and fabric of the building. A new structural system was introduced to carry all internal loads.
