Former mill conversion

An unlisted former woollen mill with an eight acre mill pond set in a steep valley to the north of Halifax.

Planning permission was granted for the change of use to convert the building into 62 apartments with an internal swimming pool and associated landscape improvements. An additional stone clad staircase tower was added to each end of the building to improve circulation, which match the original single tower in the middle of the north elevation.
