Care Homes

We were delighted to be nominated and then win this prestigious National Award in Healthcare Design for our work at the Old Vicarage, in Stallingborough Lincolnshire.

The resulting home - with all ten bedrooms en-suite - has been creatively designed to allow for an exceptionally high level of specialist care to be provided. The emphasis was to create friendly, non-institutional interiors for the residents, some of whom require 24 hour care. The development of this project has now been taken a stage further, with the creation of three one-bedroom flats for individuals looking for greater independence

We have been involved in 5 schemes in Lincolnshire, all involving major refurbishment and extensions to existing detached houses to create private and communal spaces.
