Lexington Street
CENTRAL LONDON
A terraced property built in the 1930’s as a workshop for the textile industry, with a retail unit on the ground and basement and commercial space on the 1st to 4th floors. The upper floors have been converted into six apartments ranging in size from studios to a 3 bedroom duplex on the top two floors. The alterations involved extensive structural alterations to strengthen existing deficiencies in the existing structure, and to form new openings and an extension at roof level.
