SAP Assessment

We are qualified to undertake SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure ) Assessments. This process is a measure of the energy efficiency of a house, and the SAP reading value is a factor included in the Code for Sustainable Homes.

New dwellings, including conversions now require a SAP assessment to comply with UK Building Regulations.
