Our thorough approach has resulted in an excellent record in gaining planning approvals for a wide range of projects.

Typically we start the process with a feasibility review – advising if the proposed development is feasible and realistic.

We can then move to the planning stage.

This requires dialogue with the planners and often the submission of a Pre-Application study to the Local Planning Authority which sets out the context of the proposals prior to submitting a full and detailed planning application.

The design and accessibility assessment is now part of a complicated planning process and we can help guide and co-ordinate this for you.
